Accurate Item Details
You agree to provide correct and truthful information when creating item records and issuing receipts. This includes the item name, type, serial number, IMEI, and all transaction details. Submitting false information is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate account termination.
Responsible Use of Stolen Reporting
The stolen item reporting feature exists to protect legitimate owners. You agree not to misuse this feature to falsely flag items as stolen. False reports harm other users and undermine the integrity of the platform. Misuse of this feature will result in account suspension and potential legal action.
Account Suspension Policy
Zekro reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that are found to be:
- Submitting false item or transaction data
- Filing false stolen item reports
- Attempting to manipulate ownership records
- Engaging in any form of fraud or platform abuse
